Hey everybody.  I am two years old now, and almost 3 feet tal!  I'm even sleeping in a big boy bed now.  I am learning all kinds of new words, and love making animal sounds.  I enjoy watching cartoons.  My favorites are Blue's Clues, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Curious George and Clifford the Big Red Dog.  My favorite place to play is still outside.  I have a log cabin that I like to play in, and I like riding my tricycle and digging in my sandbox.  I had a great Christmas this year.  Mommy and Daddy gave me a Black and Decker workbench.  I love playing with my tools.  I got a lot of books too, and my favorite thing to do is to read them.  I got a new little brother this year, and Mommy says that I am her big helper.  I can't wait till Ethan is big enough to play with me.  We go on walks outside a lot with Mommy.  I even got a brand new baby cousin named Zachary in February.  You can read about my brother, Ethan, on his page, and see pictures of us both in the picture gallery.

Hello everybody!  My name is Benjamin and I will be one year old soon.  I have learned so much this past year.  I learned how to crawl.  I can pull up on the furniture and cruise around it, and have learned how to scare Mommy by climbing.  Granny Alice has been making me practice walking so much that I have even taken a couple of steps (Mommy hasn't seen it yet.  Hee hee).  I learned how to gross Daddy out in many ways.  I ate dog food once and thought HE was going to spit up.  :)  I have learned how to make all kinds of funny faces and Grandma Mary even taught me the spitting game.  Papa Richard has given me the nickname "Dude."  I kinda like it. I have learned to live by a simple set of rules:

                  If it's mine, it's mine.

                  If it's yours, it's mine.

                  If I want it, it's mine.

                  If I give it to you and change my mind later, it's mine.

                  If I can take it away from you, it's mine.

                  If we are building something together, all the pieces are mine.

                  If it looks just like mine, it is mine.

See?  Pretty simple.  My hobbies are playing with my toys, looking at pictures while Mommy reads to me, putting stuff in my mouth, and pulling everything out of Mommy's kitchen cabinets (she loves picking up after me). I had a really good first Christmas.  I got to see all my relatives and play with them.  Daddy took Mommy and I out on a ride on a four wheeler.  It was windy!  I rode on Grandpa Carl's shoulders (he's like a giant!), and my Uncle Stanley does this thing where he flips me over.  It's fun.  I got to be Santa, and I got lots of toys and some cool clothes.  I even got my first tooth!  Daddy and Mommy took me for my first haircut this week because my Aunt Jo kept saying I had a mullet (I guess that's bad, I don't know).  I had fun, and at the end they let me keep my hair.  Is that normal? Well, I got to go it's nap time.  Happy New Year!
